En Guadalupe, Goicoechea. Un pasajero que viajaba hacia su casa, después de un día de trabajo. Los hechos ocurrieron cuando el bus de la ruta El Alto hace la parada para subir algunos pasajeros en las inmediaciones de la Compañía Nacional de Fuerza y Luz (CNFL). El sospechoso se acercó a la víctima y le pidió dinero, pero ante su negativa le provocó una herida con un puñal, se lo incrustó en el cuello, herida que le costó la vida. Los hechos ocurrieron el 19 de marzo de 2019. El sospechoso no es identificado y tampoco la víctima.

Frente a la Escuela de la Policía de Tránsito, ubicada en San Rafael Arriba de Desamparados varios sujetos que iban en un vehículo blanco se desplazaban en sentido Aserrí-Desamparados, se detienen para hacer el alto frente el semáforo que estaba en rojo, cuando se acercan dos hombres en una motocicleta y el acompañante saca una pistola y empezó a disparar contra los hombres que iban en el vehículo en la parte de atrás presentaban múltiples impactos de bala en tórax, abdomen, espalda, brazos.

Aguas Claras de Upala. Un hombre identificado como Steven Andrés Rodríguez Umaña, quien falleció tras ser herido con arma blanca en el cuello. Los hechos se dió una discusión con otro sujeto, quien en determinado momento le propinó varias heridas con arma blanca en el cuello causando la muerte. Rodríguez Fue llevado al hospital de Liberia, donde lo declararon fallecido tres horas después de su ingreso. Los hechos ocurrieron el 18 de marzo de 2019. La muerte de Rodríguez se debió a una disputa con otro sujeto. La víctima Rodríguez el otro sujeto aún no ha sido identificado.

Santa Bárbara de Heredia. Oficiales de la Fuerza Pública localizaron a Luis Diego Hernández Garita de 42 años, con una herida de arma blanca en espalda, por lo que llamaron de inmediato a la Cruz Roja. Los mismos después de estabilizarlo y de inmediato lo trasladaron al Hospital San Vicente de Paúl, donde minutos después lo reportaron fallecido. Los hechos ocurrieron el 18 de marzo de 2019. Al parecer se debió a una riña de drogas. Al parecer Hernández discutió con el que supuestamente era su proveedor de drogas, un sujeto que dijo ser de apellido Barrantes.

Un hombre identificado por las autoridades como Marcelo Rivas Duarte falleció luego de recibir tres impactos de bala cuando disfrutaba de una fiesta de 15 años en una vivienda. La víctima tenía 34 años y era de nacionalidad nicaragüense, fue impactado en la cabeza, pecho y hombro derecho, su cuerpo fue ubicado en el baño de la casa, por lo que la policía presume que la disputa se dio en varios sectores de la inmueble y cuando lo tuvo solo le disparó.
